Chikoo (sapota) - a fleshy fruit with a sweet taste, goes well in many dessert dishes. Good source of some minerals and carbohydrates.
Khoa (made from milk) - used in desserts, it's a concentrated form of milk and contains the same nutrients as milk, although in higher proportions.
Walnut (akrot) - makes a great garnish and provides good amounts of proteins, zinc and good fats.
Use them in separate dishes or mix all the 3 and make a pudding (halwa) for the weekend. Share the pudding with as many people as possible so that you get to eat a small portion only.
