& (2)what are the best methods (such as Gym, Aerobics, swiming, etc..)
to reduce weight to get?
Ans :Moderate activities daily like walking, swimming, aerobics, gymming, etc or any other activity of your choice can be initiated from 5-6 months of post delivery. But it again depends upon individual's health condition, for which i would like you to get the gynecologist's advice before you begin or restart any activities....
