I have heard divided opinions on two things. The correct time to eat fruits and if fresh fruit juice is good for health.
1. From various articles, I have read that the idle time to have fruits is in the morning - only on empty stomach and no other time. Is this true? If not what is the correct time.
2. Also, from various sources, what I heard about fresh fruit juice is pretty confusing. Some people say juice has no nutrients since the momemnt u squeeze the juice out or the moment you expose the fruit to surface area and squash it up, it looses its nutrients. Is this true again?

Morning I will have only bread and jam.
Evening I will have some fruits.
Is there any problem in taking Bread and Jam regularly.?

Even i will eat little bit of food. I will feel my stomach as full. I am not able to eat anything properly. Fully gas is coming out from the mouth if i am eating something. Even i am having the fruits and drinking lots of water everyday. This problem is coming. please suggest me the proper diet needs to be followed.
Hi, My daughter doesn't like to eat anything apart from khichdi which we make my mixing 2 types of dal & rice. She doesn't like fruits, any juices or bakery items, not even a chocolate
also. I have also given her medicine for worms which the doctor had suggested. Kindly suggest what best i can do to make her eat healthy food.

What food items should I include in my 11 months old daughter' diet? Currently, I feed her mashed chapati with moong dal, crushed tomato, boiled potato, khichdi, suji halwa, ragi halwa, upma, rice kheer, fruits and the likes.
Also let me know when can I start feeding her with cow milk?
My husband oftenly complains about acidity. We try to have balanced diet - idli/dosa in breakfast with chutney and sambhar, a glass of milk in a day, snacks comprises of 3/4 serving of fruits,handful of nuts, meals comprise of roti/rice, dal, vegetable serving. We have non-veg once in a week. He is moderately active. What else can be done for it?
My 10 month old son has stop taking milk(formula/breast/cow milk) during the day time.The only time I can feed him milk is when he sleeps in the night.In all he has 10 - 15 oz of milk in a day.Is that enough? I have tried giving him milk with fruits but he did not like them either.He does not have a sweet tooth so cant give ragi- milk or sooji-milk.Can you suggest something?
For months of April and May I have followed fruit diet viz regular breakfast with tea followed by consuming ONLY fruits alone for lunch and dinner.I used to consume 1.5 ltr of water/day.As s result I have lost 5 kgs.My friends fear that this is not a fair diet which would lead to losing stamina.But during the course of diet I never felt so and stayed healthy and active.Request you to comment on this since I am planning to pursue this diet commencing from next month.
