What all foods should be included in the diet of a 2.5 year old diet so that she gets all the required nutrients? Is there any food that can be given to increase her immunity ? Many pediatricians recomment pediasure - Is there much benefit from these tin foods ?

I am attempting weight loss and for that I am managing with balanced diet and increasing activity levels. Not using any weight loss bills, powders etc, nor skipping meals or eating less. I am balacing my diet by having more salads, dal, veg with less oil and avoiding fattening foods, sweets etc. Also, I go for walks as much as atleast 30-40 mins every day. In order to boost metabolism, I am taking 5-6 small meals rather than 3 heavy ones...I am a heart patient so am advised against heavy cardiovascular excercises. Also, I try to drink > 2.5 ltrs of water everyday..
I keep a track of my diet and calorie intake so as to maintain a negative calorie balance and thus lose weight. But I observed the following for which I need explanation..
1. After starting the above plan i.e., increasing my activity as much as possible, my BMRhas gone down - How is this possible when you have increased your activity levels??? What else rules this?
2. Even after following a balanced diet, making sure that calorie intake is less, over weekends, my weight increased by 800g one week and by 600g next week,...? How can this happen? Over weekend, my water intake is slightly less that during the week but still not nill.. Also, when calorie intake is less, how can weight increase?
I have a stressful life and get less sleep as I have a baby of 10 months and have to manage home and office !
It would be really great if you can help me in understanding what is going wrong and how can I correct it to lose weight in a healthy manner?

Could you please let me know remedies for early cure of warts on hands and which nutritional foods/diet would aid in improving ones immunity faster in this case and curing it so that they do not reappear.
